Even if you can have some practice with your optician during your fitting exam, you will find things to be totally different when you step in front of your mirror at home and try to do it myself.

The first thing you will know that it will be difficult to be able to ask your contacts if you are logged by thefirst time, it can be somewhat difficult, they always have in mind. By practicing a few days or a few weeks, you will be more than comfortable with your lenses.

Always remember that no one is keeping perfectly, it takes us all time to get well. Here are a few tips to help you with inserting and removing contacts.

Putting in contacts

Before you get your hands on your contacts, you should make sure that you clean your hands thoroughly and that you drythem off. Once your hands are clean, put the lens on your index finger.

Next, place a drop of the solution in the center of the lens. Now use your other hand and pull your lower eyelid with your thumb then look through the eyes you see are in the contact lens insertion.

Take on the index finger with the contact and placing them in the eye. Close your eyes once, but leave it open for a few seconds to settle the contact. After a few seconds, close your eyes and your contact details should be perfectly created.

If it feels uncomfortable, take it out and try again. It can give you a few tries, although the more you it better be to get it.

Taking out contacts

The same as before, you want to make sure that your hands are clean and dry. If you're ready to get out of it, find it with your eyes with your fingers to grab the contact by the sides and pull it.

Youcan usually get them on the first attempt to exercise with a little bit. Once the contact is out, blink a few times to make your eyes clear. If it does not go on stage to put a few drops soak into the eye, and then try again.

Contact lenses are easier to use than most people might think. If you have worn contacts for a few days or a few weeks, you'll find that it becomes second nature to them to put and take them out. After they have been getting the hang of it, you will seebe able to put them in and remove them in a matter of seconds.
